Version: 7 January 2026
These Voucher Terms apply to all vouchers, gift cards and credits purchased via PURE Gift Collective ("PURE Gift Collective", "we", "us").
1) What you are buying
When you buy from PURE Gift Collective, you are buying a voucher or credit that can be redeemed for experiences offered on our platform (a "Voucher").
A Voucher is not a confirmed booking. An experience is only confirmed when you book with the Experience Provider and they accept your booking (see section 4).
2) Who provides the experience
Experiences on PURE Gift Collective are provided by independent third-party providers ("Experience Providers"). The Experience Provider is responsible for delivering the experience safely and to the standard described.
PURE Gift Collective provides the platform, payment process and voucher service.
3) Voucher value and use
-
Vouchers can be used as credit towards eligible experiences available on PURE Gift Collective at the time of redemption.
-
Some experiences may require an additional payment if the price is higher than your Voucher credit.
-
If the price is lower than your Voucher credit, the remaining balance stays as credit and can be used towards another eligible experience (subject to these Voucher Terms and any platform rules shown at checkout/redemption).
We may apply reasonable rules to prevent misuse (for example, limits on combining promotions, reselling, or redeeming multiple vouchers for certain offers).
4) Booking and redemption
To redeem a Voucher, you must:
-
choose an experience on PURE Gift Collective, and
-
follow the booking instructions shown (including contacting the Experience Provider where required), and
-
provide the Voucher details at the time of booking, and
-
receive booking confirmation from the Experience Provider.
Bookings are subject to:
-
availability, capacity and operating schedules of the Experience Provider; and
-
any eligibility requirements (age, health, fitness, dress code, etc.) stated on the experience listing.
5) Experience Provider terms
When you book an experience, you also agree to the Experience Provider’s terms (including cancellation/no-show rules). These may be provided during booking or on the provider’s website.
If there is a conflict between the provider’s booking rules and these Voucher Terms, the provider’s booking rules will generally apply to the experience itself (for example, arrival times, no-show fees, and booking changes).
6) Validity and expiry
Your Voucher expiry date is shown on your Voucher or order confirmation.
-
Vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date.
-
Unless we state otherwise, expired Vouchers cannot be redeemed.
If you have an issue using your Voucher before expiry, contact us as early as possible so we can help.
7) Changing your mind (cooling-off)
Because Vouchers are usually treated as digital content once issued, refunds may be limited once delivery/issue has taken place, except where required by law.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us with your order details and we’ll review it fairly.
8) Cancellations, changes and no-shows
If you need to change or cancel a booking
You must follow the Experience Provider’s cancellation and rescheduling rules.
If an Experience Provider charges a late-cancellation or no-show fee, that is your responsibility.
If the Experience Provider cancels
If a provider cancels your booking, they should offer:
-
rescheduling, or
-
an alternative date/option, or
-
where appropriate, allow you to use your Voucher credit for another experience.
Where a provider cannot deliver the experience at all (for example, permanent closure), we will support you to find a fair solution.
9) Refunds and complaints about the experience
If you have a complaint about the delivery of an experience (for example, the service on the day), you should raise it with the Experience Provider first, as they are responsible for providing the experience.
If you cannot resolve it, contact us and we will help you escalate it with the Experience Provider where we reasonably can.
Any refunds or compensation relating to the experience may depend on the Experience Provider’s policies and the facts of what happened.
10) Prices, descriptions and substitutions
We work hard to keep listings accurate, but:
-
images are illustrative,
-
providers may change details (menus, facilities, treatment types, inclusions) for operational reasons,
-
some experiences are seasonal or subject to minimum numbers.
If a material change occurs, the Experience Provider should offer a reasonable alternative. If an alternative is not suitable, contact us and we’ll help.
11) VAT and receipts
Vouchers/credit can be redeemed for experiences with different VAT treatments (for example, some may be standard-rated, reduced-rated or exempt).
Where a VAT invoice/receipt is required, it is usually issued by the Experience Provider at the time the experience is supplied (for example, when you attend/redeem), rather than when you purchase a Voucher.
If you need documentation for business purposes, contact the Experience Provider after redemption and copy us in if you need support.
12) Fraud, misuse and resale
We may refuse to honour a Voucher where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse, unauthorised resale, or tampering.
We may require reasonable proof of purchase and identity to protect customers and providers.
13) Our liability
Nothing in these Voucher Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under law.
PURE Gift Collective is not responsible for:
-
the acts or omissions of Experience Providers,
-
the quality, safety or delivery of the experience (which is the provider’s responsibility),
-
indirect or consequential losses.
We are responsible for operating the platform and issuing valid Vouchers in accordance with these terms.
14) Contact us

15) Governing law
These Voucher Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction.
