At PURE Gift Collective, we take care to ensure your gift cards are processed and delivered with attention to detail. Please read below for how both our e-gift cards and physical gift cards are handled.

E-Gift Cards

  • Our e-gift cards are not processed automatically, which means we cannot guarantee how quickly they will arrive in your inbox.

  • E-gift cards are processed 7 days a week.

  • If you are unable to locate your e-gift card, please remember to check your junk or spam folder.

Physical Gift Cards

  • If you prefer a physical gift card, please note that this is not an automated service and requires manual processing by our dedicated team.

  • Standard gift cards are posted Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (UK time).

  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Delivery times will depend on Royal Mail or your chosen courier service.
