Refund policy
At PURE Gift Collective, our mission is to make gifting easy and meaningful through our curated range of gift experiences. Please note that we only sell gift cards, not physical products.
No Returns or Refunds

All sales of gift cards are final. Once purchased, gift cards cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded (in full or in part).

This applies to both physical and digital gift cards.
Non-transferable & Non-exchangeable

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.

Balances on gift cards are not redeemable in any other form.
Validity Period

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to redeem the gift card within the validity period. We are unable to extend expired cards.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

Please treat your gift card as cash. PURE Gift Collective cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, certain goods and services may be refundable, however, digital and personalised items (including digital gift cards) are exempt once delivered.
